Do you offer a trade discount? 

Yes! If you are an interior designer, architect or other trade professional, please create a trade account and we would be happy to reach out to you with appropriate pricing. 

Where can I see products?

Select products can be viewed at the Stellar Works showroom in New York, as well as select partner showrooms in the U.S. 

Is everything you offer on your website?

Currently our U.S. web site lists all items that are in stock and for sale in the U.S. and will slowly grow to include products that can be made to order. For our full collection please visit the Stellar Works Global Web site

Do you offer options other than what’s listed on the website?

Yes, we do! Please email usa@stellarworks.com to learn more about our material options.

Do you offer material swatches/samples?

Yes, please use this link to go to our sample product page.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept American Express, Visa, and Mastercard.

Do you ship internationally?

At this moment we ship only within North America. Please contact us directly about purchasing from Canada or Mexico.

How quickly will my order ship?

In-stock items will ship within 7-10 business days from order date. 

Larger items will ship within 1-2 weeks from order date. 

My order arrived broken. What should I do?

Please refer to our Returns/Damages page.

I believe I received the wrong item….

Please check your order confirmation that was sent via email to you after the order was placed. We will use what is included on your order confirmation to see if what you received matches.

In order to process a wrong item claim, photos will be required of both the item and all packaging labels included on the boxes. This information can be sent directly to usa@stellarworks.com.

How will you ship my order?

We ship within the continental US using standard ground shipping from a variety of carriers.

For larger items, we will ship to your home using one of our preferred freight forwarders.

Can I create a wishlist or registry with Stellar Works?

Yes, you can absolutely create a wishlist on our site. Please follow the steps below: 

a) Create an account with us.
b) Click on the "Add to Wishlist" button at the bottom of any product page.
c) Pick out your favorite items!

Can I cancel an order?

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of being placed and no later. Please contact us with your order number to cancel an order.
