Terms of Sale


All items purchased at full price can be returned (in their original condition and packaging) within 14 days of delivery. Please note that we charge a restocking fee of 15%. In either case, we do not reimburse for the original cost of shipping or the shipping back to our warehouse. 

Any sale or discounted items can be returned only in cases of mis-shipment and/or factory defect.

If your item arrives damaged please email us at usa@stellarworks.com. If you are home when the package is delivered damaged, we ask that you refuse delivery with the shipping provider. If you are not home when the item is delivered, you must contact Stellar Works customer service usa@stellarworks.com within 36 hours of delivery. At that time, we’ll make arrangements for a replacement to be shipped. In certain instances, we may ask you to complete a damage claim form in order to more effectively process the refund or exchange.
In order to process a damage claim, photos will be required of both the item and all packaging labels included on the boxes. This information can be sent directly to (insert email here)


Once a return is confirmed with our customer service team usa@stellarworks.com, we will be happy to offer a refund to your original form of payment or for store credit.
